Thankies. I think I've improved, surprisingly, since I only make about 1 maybe 2 cakes like that a year, if that, till I started makeing my nieces cakes but my outlining and writeing with icing still sucks.I really wish we had a decent photo of last years, that cake was an acctual castle, all edible, except for the Disney princess figures and possibly some toothpicks....I suppose I could post the ones we do have of it, it gives a vauge idea of what it looked like.
