Roy Mustang from FMA. While he has the whole "I'm too sexy for my shirt" thing going for him, and the power that he controls with the snap of his fingers is flocking HOT! he's still not my ideal marriage partner.

I'd so very much marry Kaoru (from Ouran) I really honestly can't describe what it is about Koaru that attracts me. The twin thing makes it fun, but there's just something about Kaoru specifically. The Ouran School uniform doesn't hurt either ;)
Cliff
Captain Planet (from the show of the same name) You know, back when this show was new, and still freshly airing, I had a bit of a crush on the captain (likely why my dear wife picked him, hmm?) it was definitely more for his personality, what little there was of it, than for his appearance. Aside from the blueish skin and bright green hair, I've never been big on the whole big muscles type. Unfortunately for the captain, Roy's too sexy not to shag, and I love Kaoru too much not to marry. But hey, he can fly, so he's good with the cliff pushing off of thing. Plus, he literally comes from the planet, so even if he did for some reason forget to fly, it's not like the earth would really let him get hurt.
Now I need to go camp out and do some Ouran watching ;)
