recycling is met with both favorabel and nonfavorable opinions. at one end, people see little if any point in recycling, that it has no true effect on the amount of waste going into the land fill. to the other extreme, people feel that recycling is not only 100 % effectived, but that it is the only way to save the planet from mass destruction...perhaps I exxagerate a bit, but not by much, I'm sure.

I find myself at the mid point between these two extremes, yes, I feel that recycling is a good thing, both for our environment, and for our continued future. However, I also realise, that while recycling helps, it also is not the end all, fix all answer to the growing waaste problem we have in the world.

recycling is a very worthwhile cause. while it is not a fix all for the increasing waste in the world, it does hel to control it.
as many studies show, for example, plastic waste not only takes up large amounts of space in landfills, but also take extended amounts of time to degrade, or reduce themselves back to a material that nature can do something with. this can be hundreds to millions of years. while these plastic wastes are sitting in a landfill, the could be on thier way to being turned into something, anything, that plastic can be made into. it's only a matter of aplying science to material.

*snorts* no, really, feel free to ignore it, it's exactly what the subject says, a note to myself, I have an essay due tommorow, and the computer here at the school I'm useing doesn't have a usb that I can find, so I can't type and save it to my jump drive.

Sadler and Nom though, you guys I command to read and comment....ok, no I don't but comments would be apretiated, though do keep in mind, this is just random stuff right now, I plan to refine alot when I get home.
